OAA Hall of Fame Winners

2025 Winners
John Siebert
  • John's passion for archery began more than 50 years ago in the late 60's. He was watching The American Sportsman when Curt Gowdy had Fred Bear on as a guest. That one show had a huge impact on him. Watching Fred Bear shoot a bow was the coolest thing he had ever seen. Within 1 week he had his first bow and in another week was grounded for 2 weeks after shooting an arrow thru his dad's Sears aluminum shed.
  • He's been shooting for 6 decades now total, and starting both shooting and learning everything he could about compound archery in the 80's.
  • In the early 2000's he started helping other shooters and became a USA Archery coach.
  • He's been with Ohio Archers for 11-12 years now building and maintaining our website (which we think is the BEST out there). He has been Vice-President for 6 years.
  • He has a shop in Chesterland OH where he coaches 80-100 archers and hosts our OAA mail in shoots.
