Shooting Distances by Age Group:
Note: You must shoot at the date and time listed corresponding to your shooting class and must be there 60 minutes prior to shooting. Registration is limited so register early to guarantee yourself a shooting spot. Practice will be 1/2 hour prior to shooting times. Show up 1 hour prior to shooting time to complete registration. Practice targets are $2.00/each CASH. Awards will be presented immediately after scores are entered, checked for accuracy – Approx. up to 1 hour after the shooting line time.

Millersburg Venue...

The venue is Harvest Ridge Event Center, 8880 OH-39, Millersburg, Ohio 44654. Click here for a Google maps link to this location.
Here is a link for the event center website. The event center has plenty of seating and parking. There is onsite food. This is really a great location in Holmes County (Amish country). This link will show you nearby hotels.
Vendor Booths and Banners...
We will be offering space to vendor booth/tables this year. Spaces are approx...10' x 10' space. If you cannot provide/bring your own table/chairs, you will be required to pay a $25.00 fee for Ohio Archers to rent these from the venue for you. If you are interested, you must contact Lori (lori@ohioarchers.com) to discuss the arrangements and sign an agreement prior to March 14th. We reserve the right to vet the types of sponsors/businesses wanting booth space at our event. Space is limited and based on first come first served.
Banners will be hung at the event free of charge, but we would ask that you provide a “free” giveaway for our event day, preferably 2, so that we have 1 for each line shooting time. Banners will need to be received 1 week prior to our set up date, Friday, March 14th.
This is a two-day shoot. Both days need to be shot to have a qualifying score. Each day is a 5-spot 300 round. For more information about this shoot, visit this link.
You MUST BE an Ohio Archers/NFAA member in good standing to shoot at this event. Guests are not allowed; you must have a membership.

Pro Divisions $105.00 early / $120.00 late
Adult & Seniors $55.00 early / $70.00 late
Junior Divisions $45.00 early / $60.00 late
Be sure to register with the correct link for the shop/club you wish to shoot at. After you register online, be sure to contact that shop/club to confirm your shooting time.
The Early Registration Deadline is 2 calendar days prior to the first day of competition. A $15 late fee will apply after this deadline. Cancellations will be accepted until the Early Registration Deadline. All cancellations will be charged a $15 administration fee to cover administrative costs.
No refunds will be considered on or after the Early Registration Deadline.
This is a mail-in shoot that is shoot at various clubs and shops throughout the state of Ohio. The flint round is a little different than any other indoor round. There will be a practice range setup. Practice ends at the start of the shooters' meeting. Shooters' meeting will be 1/2 hour prior to start of the tournament.

This event will be rain or shine. This is our last event of the year and a favor among many shooters. Show up an 1 hour to the start of the event. There is plenty of space to setup a canopy tent to keep cool from the sun or dry from the rain. As long as restrictions have been lifted, we plan on doing Shooter of the Year & Super Slam awards immediately after. The Amish and Miller's Gun has a consession stand right there with a pavillion. CLASSES/EVENTS:
The age range for the Ohio Senior Olympics is 50+ years old. Age brackets are broken up every five years, I.e. 50-54, 55-59, etc.

Tournament Details
YOU MUST ARRIVE 1 HOUR OR SOONER before the start. If you arrive at 9:30 or after, we cannot guarantee you a shooting spot, so please plan ahead.
This event will be rain or shine. This the last event of the year for Ohio Archers Association and a favor among many shooters. Show up an 1 hour to the start of the event. There is plenty of space to setup a canopy tent to keep cool from the sun or dry from the rain. Ohio Archers Association will have their Awards ceremonies immediately after scores have been calculated. This includes all year end awards: Shooter of the Year & Super Slam.

Senior Olympics and 900 Round Registration ...
If you are shooting this event and the Ohio Senior Olympics you must register for both events seperately. if you don't register for both events, your score will only count toward the event you registered for.
